Kind: captions Language: en hey there Dr will Lee here again with a little more behind the scenes stuff in my writing process I'm writing about metabolism and the reason I'm doing it is because I think that's the next step Beyond Health defenses is they're all connected to our metabolism and there's a lot of misconceptions about metabolism body fat Fitness so I'm going to try to clear all that up obviously I'm going to talk about food so let me share with you what I've done this is a stack of index cards I'm a little old school here with all the different foods I'm going to talk about uh arugula I got down this says Fresh Foods with human evidence um apples and apple peel with chlorogenic acid pears blood orange with hesperidin onions with quercetin you're going to hear all about that in my new book Lemons with asparagin that's the green ones the blue ones were dried foods dried mushrooms ready glucan I do have a section on supplements um I'm working on that um not sure how much am I going to put in and then the pink these are seafood seafood has omega-3 fatty acids mussels I have them uh Dover soul um salmon of course hake so I want to talk about fish and seafood that a lot of people are not maybe less familiar with redfish Mediterranean food um foods seafood's high and Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids let's see can I show you blue these are in the dried section thyme the spice um lavender another spice I have some in my garden uh here's a good one turmeric all right well anyway I wanted to share with you guys a little bit of the behind the scenes of how I let you choose the ingredients and how I make a note of what I'm going to include in the book Dr Lee out
