alhamdulillah
I start in the name of Allah the lord of
the worlds The Compassion of the
merciful and May the peace and blessings
of Allah be upon his Prophet Muhammad
his family his companions and all of his
followers until the day of judgment
welcome to this new lesson from the
series of t on the first level or of the
first level for for zad Academy now we
are continuing the uh of Surah Al F the
interpretation of the chapter of the
opening Surah Al faat and we reached
into the saying of Allah subhah
waala
so what is the meaning
of
is to submit to Allah in the
complete uh
submission and humiliating yourself
before Allah subhah wa tala of course
humiliating in in the sense that it
dignifies you it makes you above um uh
the uh worship of of other than Allah
subhana wa tala so you submit only to
Allah subh that's why you
say what
is as was given a definition
by so it's a a complete general term for
everything that Allah loves and is
pleased with uh in including the deeds
and the sayings whether apparent or
hidden whether apparent or in in public
or in private uh so all of these this is
this is what any everything that Allah
loves and is pleased with of actions and
and uh and deeds and sayings
and we use this word
is because you actually uh go along with
uh in his own uh wants uh so if if you
do not go along with with with Allah
wants from you then you're
not
so all and all uh go around the same the
same meaning is to submit and to follow
and to to obey and to be consistent with
uh what Allah wants from you subhanahu
wa taala now there are always uh uh uh
uh something that the scholars of Islam
uh tell us about which is which is
important they say
that cannot be accepted and cannot be
true unless it attains two conditions
first is to be sincerely for Allah's
sake and secondly to be an
so and meaning to follow the guidance of
the messenger of of of the the messenger
Sall Al so if anyone invents or creates
something in the religion of Allah then
they have not attained and have not
purified which Allah wanted from them so
it's important to keep on that guidance
and not to go to the right or to the
left but rather be straight on
that so uh this is important and now
look at the uh way we Allah says he put
the word before and he said he put the
word before the word the reason is
because in Arabic if you do that it
means you said you only we worship so
you only we worship so you you start
with and that means
that we have to uh limit
our meaning to seek help for that with
Allah subhah waala alone that's that's
the benefit of how you learn Arabic and
understand how the Arabic uh grammar and
Arabic language is uh is composed in
order to give you that meaning and uh of
course when Allah subhah wa ta'ala says
first so the intention and the and and
the deed for is is only for you and if
we have that then you are going to be
helping us we seek help from you to
worship you so uh how nice it is to say
that you want to worship Allah and to
seek help from him to do that uh and
that mean that means that we do not uh
uh worship anyone except you and we do
not depend on
anyone uh for that except you and this
is the complete and perfect obedience
for Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala so uh
religion after all goes back to these uh
two two meanings which
is so we have to have worship and we
have to have dependence upon
Allah some of the says
that Al f is the secret is the key uh to
the Quran and and and the s for this the
secret and the the key to this word
is for you um you only we worship and
you only we seek help from and Subhan
Allah that's
why wrote his very famous
book
so uh the uh ranks of the uh of The
Seekers of of Allah those who try to get
to Allah subhah wa ta'ala
where they they actually follow this
path
of there are of course ranks and degrees
and they're not all on the same level
but if you want to attain that you have
to strive to do that you have to strive
to to fulfill the meaning
of
because the first one is disavow of shik
and polytheism and the second one is to
the disavowal of your own power and
strength so uh you you you have to avoid
that and be and and have this disavow
from from the two in order to purify
yourself for Allah
waala and look at this turning because
first we
say and
then then we
say turning turning directly from the
third person into the second person
which is which
is because you're getting closer to
Allah as you
say if you submit to that then you're
getting closer to Allah and you're
seeking his you're seeking his help uh
to worship him in the right way this is
this is how Arabic is is composed that's
why it's so sweet to understand the
Arabic language and do not depend on
translation we're just only trying to
make uh the meaning accessible to you
but this does not uh
in any way uh be enough for you it is
not enough for you to only depend on
translation whether being uh translation
in lessons like this um in in in video
or in writing still the meaning doesn't
come as you read the Arabic itself uh
the original language of the Glorious
Quran and the um the tap as well
look at the uh benefits of this from
this Ayah uh we there are some benefit
of of these ay first uh a person cannot
worship Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala except
if Allah helps that person uh and that
shows you that even if you are uh
indulged in in in in um worship you
cannot you know don't boast about
yourself and don't see yourself as as
arrogant and all that but rather you
submit and you seek help because it was
if it was not for the help of Allah you
would not be able to uh to worship
subhah Allah subhah wa taala also uh you
should not the Ayah shows you that you
do not depend anyone and anyone except
the one who deserves uh the worship as
Allah says in another
Ayah see how the Quran supports
the meaning here and there same meaning
is being uh explained uh another
verse again it's basically the same
as and when we
say it it shows that yes it is our free
will to do that and we have the will to
do it this is unlike what the
Jeb group uh that came in history um
among Muslims in earlier times and
probably some people still believe in
that until today that they said well we
are as they
say we are we are driven to our Destiny
without our choice and we we don't have
the choice we don't have the will well
actually this Ayah when we
say we worship you with our own will
subhanahu waala and yes we can choose to
do
it Allah showed the way to people so
they can be either thankful or reject
full it's it's based on their own U will
and free
choice also some of the benefits here is
that a person cannot do anything except
uh with the help of Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala and and and and his own and the
will of Allah subhanahu wa taala again
this is to refute uh the claim by
theis which is the opposite to the Jeb
uh that uh uh everything that we uh we
we we do it's our own and Allah uh
doesn't have any will or or choice to to
to to create our uh Deeds for us we do
create our own Deeds we choose so look
at these two extremes one is saying
there is no choice for uh the human
being and the other one says uh there is
no choice and and well for Allah it's
only us who are doing it well you are
doing your own choice but under the
choice and under the will of Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala that is the the
right the right uh in correct position
and finally uh you uh you can get seek
help from people for or others for
things that are they are able to do like
uh giving you helping you carrying
things moving things you know uh many
things that we people can do so it means
if you seek help you seek help from
Allah for things that Allah is alone is
able to do like uh who's going to cure
you it's Allah these people can can be a
reason can be can be a help can be a
tool but they are the the the decision
is with Allah subhanahu waala finally
let me get into the activities and you
have to answer these activities uh how
can I be be accepted and and and and
straight uh and and correct uh why would
Allah subhana wa tala
combine with
and finally uh answer the uh choose the
right answer uh
the essence of Al
is what is it you know the answer um the
innovator is is is rewarded or he has
done
um a waj or a compulsory thing or he is
uh committing a sin and then finally uh
give us a reason why when a person
prays three seeking uh Allah's help to
be close to Allah is his uh and then his
Salah is not correct why is that so
these are some of the things that you
need to look for may Allah subh accept
from all us the good deeds and until I
