alhamdulillah muhamad
in the name of Allah the compassion of
the merciful the lord of the world and
May the peace and blessings be upon his
Prophet Muhammad his family his
companions and of all all of his
followers until the day of Resurrection
I welcome you to this new lesson from
the series of T at zad Academy and we
are still uh talking about the Tere of
a this great the greatest Ayah in the
Glorious Quran and we already explained
the meaning and talked about the virtues
uh of this Ayah and the Practical side
of it and how beneficial it is to a
Muslim now today we're talking about
some benefits about this Ayah because
this Ayah first affirms the five
beautiful names of Allah subhah wa tala
first Allah the first word and uh name
that is mentioned in the beginning of
the
Ayah so Allah Al the Everlasting or ever
living and Al is the sustainer and
self-sufficient the
exalted the great and all of the
attributes that are derived from the
names of Allah because in every name of
Allah subhah wa ta'ala there is a an
attribute that is derived from it and
not vice versa not every uh uh attribute
of Allah may contain a valid uh uh
beautiful name of Allah subhana T so
take take this rule secondly the uh Ayah
affirms the attribute of
uh life of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala it
is a a life uh full um of all Perfection
subhanahu wa ta'ala it was not preceded
by a
non-existence and it will not be uh
followed by um any any uh death or or
non-existent life it is a life that has
no beginning and no end uh because it is
the perfect life by Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala there is no shortcoming and no
defect defect whatsoever in this life as
Allah subhah wa tala
says this is in he is the first and he
is the last and he is the um apparent
and he is The Insider and he has a
knowledge of everything subhanahu waala
so he is the first and the last meaning
there's nothing that preceded him
there's nothing that will come after him
he is subhah wa tala the ever living uh
May glory be to him secondly this or
thirdly this Ayah uh affirms the uh
uh
the this
attributes that are that are negating uh
uh defect or uh
shortcomings as Allah
said and again say
saying so these these kinds ofat or
attributes actually when you negate
something um bad or or or any uh defect
in it actually you are affirming the
opposite because what Allah subhah wa
tala negates about himself is actually
um containing the affirmation of the per
Perfection uh of what is uh the opposite
of it uh so if we say Allah doesn't
sleep meaning that he has a full life
and full sustenance subhanahu wa taala
if we say that Allah does not
uh commit uh Injustice or Allah is
unjust that means Allah is so just so
and and even perfect Injustice so that
is that is another uh benefit and and
what this Ayah contains fourthly the uh
Ayah actually give us some uh uh uh
good advice that if a person is hit by a
Calamity he should be happy and contain
and and and complacent with uh the
decision of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
based on his and because when he knows
that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has the
sovereignty and the
um Dominion of the heavens and the Earth
and what is in between then where where
where do you go whom to go to uh other
than Allah subhah wa
tala so he has everything that is in the
heavens and in the earth and even what
is in between and therefore uh if a
person is hit by a Calamity or hardship
then he should resort to Allah subhah wa
taala because he's the one in control he
is the king he is the um uh Sovereign
subhanahu wa taala and fifthly this Ayah
refutes the uh claim of the group The
the extreme
Karis when Allah
says Allah knows what is uh happening
right now what will happen in the future
uh
and behind them meaning the past uh this
is uh giving you the encompassing
knowledge and the full knowledge of
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala uh because
these
extreme uh say that Allah subhana T
doesn't have a knowledge of the the the
actions and deeds of people unless it
takes place Subhan Allah meaning Allah
doesn't have a a proceeding knowledge
what what people can do Subhan Allah
what uh kind of misguidance uh in this
in this regard sixthly again as we said
earlier there is a reputation of two
other groups the and
the in the affirmation OFA this ay
affirms
Thea yes you cannot intercede no one can
intercede with Allah except by his own
permission but he um permits whom he
loves uh to to intercede subhanahu waala
and uh theis and
theis actually
deny or
intercession uh regarding people who
commit major
sins uh that's their own mhab and way
and they said that the uh committer of
uh of of Kabir or major sin is going to
reside in Hellfire
and sha or intercession will not be of
benefit to them and that is not true
because the prophet will uh make sha for
people and He will intercede and his
intercession will be accepted sub by by
the permission of Allah subhanahu wa
taala look at this uh these some of the
benefits here also in this in this Ayah
this Ayah affirms the uh exaltedness of
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala from eternity
to Eternity because he is Ali Ali the
exalted which is something that is a
permanent and
continuous
uh or
exaltedness uh
for is divided into two parts
first of uh his own uh self subhanahu wa
ta'ala
where he is above everything and this of
course is is uh is coming from the
evidence in the Glorious Quran and in
the Sunnah and the consensus or of the
Sala and even by uh reasoning and by F
or the natural tendency knowing Allah
subhana T and we can find that in the
books of AAS where there is a long uh
discussion of this of this issue uh now
some people uh two deviant groups
actually uh said something different
first those that they say Allah is in
everywhere in the heavens and the Earth
and these are the jmes and whoever goes
along with them these are people who
said they Allah uh subhana is everywhere
and of course this is a a a false
uh uh
saying and and and refuted by the
Glorious Quran and by the Sunnah and by
the uh consensus of a Sala and by uh
reasoning and by f as well the second
group is that say he cannot be described
by uh uh exaltedness or anything else so
he's not above the world he's not under
the world he's not to the right he's not
to the left he's not uh
connected he's not uh
separated from anything so actually what
this entails is that Allah subhana wa
ta'ala according to them is is is like
he is truly non-existent because there
is no no being no being except that he's
above or under or to the right or to the
left or connected or separated uh and
these people are
called these people who are who negate
these attributes of Allah subhah wa
ta'ala and they do not put them to work
because Allah subhah wa ta'ala has Allah
is exalted by himself above everything
he's above the heaven he's above the
throne subhanahu wa taala and in in a
way that fits his majesty glory be to
him secondly is the exaltedness of his
own uh uh attribute subhanahu wa ta'ala
so he is perfect in his attributes from
every aspect there is no one that can
reach into him there's none UNT like him
subhanahu wa'ta'ala and this is
agreeable by all the various groups of
the uh umah of Muslims and uh uh number
eight to this is there's a war warning
against uh being unjust or trying to
dominate uh others because if you know
that Allah
is Allah is uh the exalted and he is the
great then obviously uh uh you have to
be careful not to try to dominate or try
to
be over over people with your own power
abuse uh your own power even if you have
a power like when Allah advises husbands
not to uh uh be excessive in uh in in in
treating their their their women uh as
Allah says in the Glorious Quran
in so if they obey you then you do not
transgress do not go be beyond what is
reasonable um in order to dominate them
to put them to to to under pressure and
so on because Allah is so high Allah is
so exalted Allah is so big subhanahu wa
taala so even if a person feels like he
is so great within himself then he
should remember that Allah is the
exalted if he feels that he's so great
in of himself then he should remember
the greatness of Allah if he is so uh uh
powerful and uh and and and proud then
he should remember the uh pride of Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala and should remember
that Allah has all the perfect qualities
and you should act like a human who is
under the control of Allah subhanahu wa
taala finally I I end up with this
activity which Ayah in the in the book
of Allah that is the greatest and I
think we know all the answer very simple
uh say two times where it is sunah to
read aat and we know that one is at
night and
one doing the prayers you you tell me
which one and then why
is is the greatest name of Allah
According to some Scholars why does that
say I think we we talked about that and
finally the Ayah affirms five names of
Allah's names beautiful names uh what
are they we know that and we already
mentioned this so that ends our lesson
for today we see you inshallah in the
coming lesson until then I leave you
with Allah's care and
