and welcome back praise be to Allah and
may the greatest peace and salutations
be upon his most beloved Prophet
Muhammad peace be upon him today
inshallah we will address the fifth
Hadith in the first level of the
prophetic Traditions the messenger of
Allah uh peace be upon him as we said
earlier was praised by the almighty
Allah
inah chapter number 68 uh verse number
four when Allah the almighty says and
indeed you are of a great moral
character s alai
wasallam then whena may Allah be pleased
with her was asked once about the
manners of the Prophet sallallah alai
wasallam she said everything that is in
the Quran of teachings etiquette and
instructions was part of his character
sallallah alhi wasallam in belief in
Arabic she
saidan he used to follow all the
instructions and the guidance of the
Quran the Quran commanded Justice
honesty trustworthiness the prophet s
wasallam was exactly uh uh like that um
there is a long list of a Hadith
pertaining to the virtues of being
well-mannered and having goodl for
instance the prophet sallallahu alaihi
wasallam has said the best of all of you
is the best in manners another Hadith
sound Hadith the messenger of Allah
peace be upon him said there is nothing
that will be heavier in the scale of the
Good Deeds on the day of judgment than
the good manners and the one who will
have good manners will attain because of
it the status of one who fasted and
prayed a great deal like uh a person
who's been fasting every single day and
a person who's praying at night every
single night without rest a person who
behaves with others with his good
manners will achieve the status of these
devout
worshippers in another fascinating
narration Prophet Muhammad peace be upon
Him taught his companions the following
he said I stand shorty I guarantee for
you a house in Paradise for whom for the
person who refrains from arguing even if
he is right and I stand short with the
house in the middle of paradise for a
person who refrains from lying even if
he's just joking you know how many
people will they lie a lot and say I was
just kidding I was just joking the
messenger of Allah says if you abstain
from lying even if it is just a joke I
guarantee that you will have a house in
the middle of paradise and the middle
here refers to the best to the core of
heaven and then finally he said peace be
upon him in the same Hadith and I stand
shorty with the house in the highest
part of paradise for the one who uh
improves his manners and
characteristics which uh leads us a very
important fact some of the good manners
are uh embedded in the person he's born
and raised like that and some can simply
be acquired by learning by training by
disciplining oneself uh such as when the
messenger of Allah peace be upon him
said
knowledge is acquired by making the
effort to learn and forbearance is
acquired by making the effort to be
forbearing and whoever seeks goodness
will be given it and whoever guards
against evil will be definitely
protected against that and he also said
peace be upon Him whoever refrains from
asking from people Allah will make him
content and will make make himself
sufficient will enrich in him out of his
Bounty and whoever seeks to be
independent of means indeed Allah will
make him independent and whoever strives
to be patient Allah will bestow patience
upon Him messenger of Allah peace be
upon Him Prophet Muhammad sallallahu
alaihi wasallam said in in one Hadith
the likeness of me and the prophets
before
me is that of a man man who built a
beautiful
house and built it very well and made it
so amazingly beautiful except a spot of
one brick in one corner which is missing
so that people started walking around
admiring the house except this spot they
said wow if this Breck was built if this
missing break was put there it would
have been perfect so the messenger of
Allah peace be upon Him says and I am
the brick I am the last of the prophets
I here to complete and perfect what the
messages of all the prophets and to
perfect good manners May the greatest
peace and blessings be upon Prophet
Muhammad s. wasallam uh in
fact anything that is of high
status in its field may be called
Noble the almighty Allah
says
inah chapter number 26 verse number 58
what it means and made grow therein
something of every
beautiful and honorable Noble
station so it is not only about
manners but also about everything around
us the prophet sallallah alaihi wasallam
also
said indeed Allah is beautiful and he
loves and he appreciates Beauty finally
one verse in the Quran which the
scholars uh described it as the most
concise verse whether regard regards to
speaking of
righteousness virtue and Noble manners
and characteristics it is verse number
90 of Surah chapter number 16 in which
Allah the almighty
says
and it means indeed Allah orders and
commands Justice good manners and given
to the relatives and he forbids
immorality and bad conduct and
oppression Injustice he admonishes you
that perhaps you will be reminded made
the almighty Allah make us among those
who will be reminded and will benefit
out of the reminder a mean may he make
us of those who have the best of manners
since the prophet sallallahu alaihi
wasallam has said indeed those of you
who become the closest to me and will
have the closest seats to me in Paradise
on the day of judgment are those who
have in the life of this world the best
of
manners
may Allah make us among them and until
