alhamdulillah
I start in the name of Allah the
compassion of the merciful all praise is
due to Allah and May the peace and
blessings of Allah be upon his Prophet
Muhammad his family his companions and
all of his followers until the Day of
Reckoning I welcome you to this new
episode from the series of T level two
at zad Academy and today we are going to
uh continue the ENT interpretation and
the commentary regarding
Surah we reached into uh the Ayah of
Allah where he
[Music]
says and sent down from the rain
clouds from the rain clouds pouring
water now regarding
the the
word the the translation for that is
rain clouds well uh what are they
because it's like they are ringing out
they are
squeezed to uh to bring or they are
squeezing water so that is the meaning
of they could be according to the MU
either the clouds or the wind or the
heavens well it's all true because it
the rain comes from the the clouds or
the wind uh moves the cloud uh and then
uh the rain will come down at Allah's uh
decision subh where it will fall and
where comeon and the amount and so on
and so forth or from the heavens from
the heavens up above us and then it will
come down and it's most likely that it's
coming from the clouds
and uh IM and
then who's a contemporary scholar uh who
died he talked about this particular
Point by saying that look uh the clouds
um it's like giving uh talking about the
clouds description of the clouds as rang
as being rang uh rang out um this is the
meaning of just as a garment is squeezed
and rang out to and the water comes out
of it so that is that is the meaning
of and Allah
says pouring water meaning water in big
amounts um it could be like Torrance or
uh th meaning to uh no go forth or to um
uh uh flow copiously and strong
so uh like when with rains so Allah
subhana tala uh brings the rain so that
people can can benefit and that's why in
Arabic the word uh meaning to uh to you
know to flow copiously and strongly just
like uh in theith of the
Prophet The Best of ha is
remember the
word and is to raise your your voice
with uh Talia and F is to uh Slaughter
the sacrificial animals and the what the
blood of these animals uh would flow
copiously so that is that is something
that Allah loves of to to do it for him
because in the earlier times the D the
times of ignorance at the time of the
disbelievers and the mush the
polytheists they used to slaughter for
their own uh Idols rather than for
Allah's sake subhanahu wa tala so that
is that is the reason uh uh the word is
coming from Allah says this water is for
a purpose and that is we may bring forth
thereby grains and vegetation
so Allah subhana says grain and
vegetation well grain we know that all
grains that come from the earth such as
uh wheat barley corn um rice and so on
all these come from from the earth
obviously that humans eat and
vegetations uh refers to what animals
eat although humans may also eat from
these vegetations but mainly uh animals
eat so yes animals may eat from grains
and they may eat from vegetations but
most of their own food is from
vegetation and most of the food that
come for me for humans is from basically
grains and Allah
says and Gardens of intertwined or uh
inwin
growth because these G s uh uh and
Orchards with plants and trees uh
growing
intertwined they are so thick thickly uh
uh uh and condensed uh uh created uh so
that if anyone is inside they'll be
they'll be hidden and so they will be in
abundance and so they look so beautiful
and these Gardens were were were were
were created for the purpose of uh
enjoyment and livelihood for humans and
this is like in the verse Allah says
inah and within the land are neighboring
plots and Gardens of uh
uh grape Vines were uh Z
and
crops and palm
trees until the end of the a so it means
the Quran is mentioning this in more
than one place regarding the uh creation
of Allah subhana in this what we what
can we learn from these ay Allah subhana
tala says the uh connection between the
passage and the preceding uh verses
after he told us about the uh uh
importance of the day of Resurrection is
the disbelievers deny the resurrection
and the Gathering of people on the day
of judgment and Allah wants to establish
the proof that look even you know Allah
created the Earth and created the uh uh
the sun created the mountains all for
the benefit of people and these natural
phenomena are there in order to prove
that Allah subh has the power over
everything and has the knowledge of
everything so the power and the
knowledge these are the two important
things that Allah wants to
establish if a person is accepting
obviously these things are going to uh
help him and and let him accept other
things that entail the belief in the day
of Resurrection so if you believe that
Allah has a power over everything and
Allah uh has a knowledge of everything
then obviously since he told us about
the day of Resurrection it's going to
come and we believe in it so that is the
benefit of um of this and the reason why
there was a mention of the day of
Resurrection in the beginning of the
Surah and then the uh description of
Allah's Allah's creation and his ability
for bringing all these things uh for us
and for our benefit and enjoyment and
livelihood and then secondly the reason
why the evidence for this uh the day of
Resurrection began with uh the reference
to the creation of the earth it's very
interesting because we know that
Resurrection comes from the earth
because people are buried normally in
the Earth on on the uh in the ground
and when they are resurrected they are
resurrected from the earth just like
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala uh brings
grain and vegetation out of the earth so
it is important to remind so that you
know when when it comes to your first
thing that comes to your mind when
talking about the resurrection is is
Earth and the Earth being opened for you
to so that's a reminder that's a
reminder and that's how uh Resurrection
is is proved uh secondly sleep and
waking up
because so Allah says uh but sleep and
and waking up among the clearest
evidences for the resurrection and it's
appropriate to mention this among the
evidences because normally you go to
sleep and Allah again brings you back to
life it's like you're almost dead so
when when you go to sleep you're you're
you're you're not aware of what happens
around you uh you are unconscious of
things and then when you when you wake
up it's just like Allah is giving you
life again and you bringing back to to
life that that's an evidence that Allah
is going to uh bring you back after
death into living again and uh being
brought and gathered for uh Reckoning on
the day of judgment look at another
benefit this is number four the
verb Allah did not say that
numit meaning to bring forth unlike the
word nbit which is to uh cause to
grow is again it's it's coming forth
like like Allah is bringing you Allah is
bringing from the down the earth that is
the
word um and that's why it's suitable
because again it's to affirm the idea of
resurrection and it's more appropriate
than the verb uh uh nbit so Subhan Allah
Allah
is giving us all of that and then uh the
fifth benefit is the phrase that we may
bring forth we may bring forth thereby
grain and V vegetations and Gardens so
talking about the kinds of things that
people live by first the grain which is
the uh basic food for humans and then
vegetation which is the basic food for
animals and then Gardens which bring
fruits and and and other uh things to
enjoy for Which is less used by humans
so what is mainly used is grains for for
humans and vegetations for non for
animals and then of course uh after that
uh the uh Gardens which is for enjoyment
of looking at it for sitting under its
shade for eating from it for benefiting
from all kinds of things that are found
in in these grains and vegetations but
Allah subhana tala is is is is doing
this and and and this sequence of grains
vegetations and Gardens are mentioned in
this order to give you the most
important first and then the uh least
used uh although um you know animals and
and birds and and other creatures also
share with uh with humans what they what
they eat and uh uh that is part of the
grace of Allah subhana t look at the
activities at the end of this uh episode
quote uh other verses another verse
explains the meaning of each of the uh
verses of the verse given below and he
who made you of the earth a bed we
already talked about
that so Allah made uh the Earth as as a
bed or spread out and we created you in
pairs Allah says in another
Surah and made the sign the night as
clothing and made the day uh for
[Music]
livelihood as we said in Surah so uh
that is how we we already mentioned that
but just to remind you if we were to
debate with uh uh an atheist who does
not believe in the day of resurrection
and uh you give him examples from real
life well obviously you give him the
Resurrection the evidence from the
creation from what Allah created in this
uh Earth and heavens and and things that
are coming from uh the Earth uh in the
form of grains and vegetations and
Gardens and so on um also uh
uh explain why the Earth is mentioned uh
first uh when discussing the evidence
for Resurrection because Earth is
actually the source of all these these
things and and and and the and then
Heavens uh or mountains are there to
make it stable so actually the Earth
which is actually what will where people
will be resurrected from so that that is
why it's what's suitable for the earth
to be mentioned first explain the
connection uh between other two things
and he made the night
uh clothing and made the day for
livelihood well because uh this is like
uh resting and going about your own uh
regular business so that uh answers the
activities and I hope that you you'll
get more into that inshallah until I see
you in the coming episode I leave you
with Allah's care and

protection for
