I start in the name of Allah the
compassionate the merciful all Praises
due to Allah the almighty and May the
peace and blessings of Allah be upon his
Prophet Muhammad his family his
companions and his followers all until
the day of Resurrection I continue the
interpretation of the verses with um uh
in the in this is uh an episode in the
series of T level two at Zed Academy and
we are in starting with the Ayah where
Allah says subhah
waala on the day the blast of the horn
will convulse
creation they will follow it the
subsequent one now uh it is narrated
that the
blast will convulse the earth now this
is similar to the verse is this is
similar this is the Earth so the meaning
ofif here is Earth according to uh one
one opinion of the scholars that uh it
will be the Earth meaning the Earth will
shake in order for uh people to uh to
come out from the um from death and be
resurrected uh on the day each uh
where Allah says inah
Al on The Day the Earth and the mountain
will
convulse um and the mountain will become
a heap of sand pouring
down mahil this is uh Ayah 14 in Surah 7
three Al now uh the it's also narrated
that meaning the one that the subsequent
one is the sky meaning that it will
follow the Earth in undergoing change in
uh it will split and the stars and the
plets will be scattered so these are
this is one meaning the word Raj refers
to turmoil and shaking there's also it
was also said
that translated as the blast refers to
the uh first blast of the trumpet and
that's what was chosen for the
interpretation that is written uh for
this
uh course here because of which the
Earth mountains and all living beings
will be shaken and all who are in heaven
and all who are on earth will soon
become uh uh because of it they will
Swoon and uh they uh accept whom Allah
Wills subhah waala but
then the second one the subsequent one
is the second trumpet blast where upon
they will come round and uh be gathered
so one is for people to die whoever was
living and the second one is for
everyone to be resurrected from uh death
and be brought to uh
Gathering and to requ Al ja so that is
uh the the way that uh the two the Tere
of the two uh terms here in this in
these two ayas Allah continues saying
hearts that day will trumple
of course uh these are the hearts of the
disbelievers in other words the hearts
of the disbelievers and that they will
trle and with intense fear because they
were not believing in it they were not
expecting it they were uh somehow uh uh
turning away from that and finally
they'll find it there um and it's
happening so they will uh surely Trumble
with terrible terrible fear that is
they um that is the uh gaze of the
disbelievers will be humbled by uh the
Terrors that they will see of course
they will not be able to see so they
will uh they will their eyes will not be
staring or looking sharply as they used
to to to to use or to do in in in life
rather they will lower their gaze and
humiliation so because what could they
do it's it's overwhelming upon them they
are presently
saying so they will they will indeed be
returned to our former state of Life
they say will we uh will we indeed be
returned uh to our former state of Life
they they are now in in uh asking
seriously serious questions they they
denied Resurrection but they are
presently saying now will we be restored
after we die they said how how could
that be are we going to be brought back
again after after we die well yes indeed
they will they will not know that for
sure um meaning
so the translation for that is be
returned when someone is is brought back
uh to where he was that's
that's uh even if we should be uh
decayed
bones so uh even the disbelievers will
say we'll be brought back to this world
um after we have become crumbling bones
so how could that be they they're just
asking these serious questions they say
that is then would be a losing return
yes of course the word
uh K is is again a return so meaning one
one more time they they they come back
uh after uh having gone in other words
the disbelievers will say that return of
ours will be uh a return of loss and
doom because they know that uh this is
what they used to to disbelieve in now
it's coming as a fact and they will be
indeed uh uh having it and they're
witnessing it with their own eyes Allah
is saying indeed it would be but uh a
one shout it will be but one
shout that's just the blast of the
trumpet just one time for them to come
back and to be brought to Justice and
requital
and uh and
suddenly uh they will be alert upon the
Earth's
surface the word translated as the
earth's surface is like flat and white
uh uh land which has no vegetation and
this uh what is meant is that Allah
subhana T will prepare it for people to
be gathered um thereon for Reckoning for
Al so they will be they will be there on
this flat white piece of land ass and it
was called ass because people will be
resurrected and of course because of the
uh Terror the Sleep um they uh they they
used to have will be will be gone so
they will uh be awake they will stay up
uh at night they will not be able to
sleep because of the intensity of the
fear and the panic because of the day of
Resurrection that's why it's
called um that is uh the meaning uh of
where the trumpet will be blown once and
these disbelievers will find themselves
on the face of Earth meaning of course
after the first one uh when everyone
will will die but after this second one
they will uh be resurrected and they
will be brought uh at one place
everybody everyone first and the last
from the earlier uh uh part of the
creation until the end of of of everyone
uh or everyone was created they will all
be gathered together on that uh plane of
land now this this brings us to the uh
uh end of the
uh uh this passage and we come to the
activities and the activities as you can
see there is a connection between the
topic of the Surah and the oath uh which
Allah subhah wa ta'ala swears uh by at
the beginning by the Angels who take the
souls of the Believers and the
disbelievers what is the connection well
I think we explain that and you should
know by now that since this is about the
reputation this whole Surah is about the
reputation of the argument of the
disbelievers that they uh deny uh the
day of Resurrection it was appropriate
that uh Allah starts by swearing by the
Angels who extract both The Souls of the
disbelievers and The Souls of the
Believers and how each one is being
dealt with so that is that is the
connection and uh fill in the gaps in
the following sentence uh using other uh
tap references of course when you go
back
to those uh who Glide as if swimming are
who well first is the angels and it was
said that they are
what they
are uh the horses uh those who are who
rate race each other are either the
Angels uh it was said also that they are
uh Anum or the stars or the uh again uh
you have to you have to find I I'll
leave that for you because B basically
you have to go back to some books of tap
and find that and you'll be it'll be
easy inshallah for you to do that uh
going to uh the connection between
uh the two groups A and B what fits the
last is
what is it the second or the first it is
the first of course it is the first and
then Theif the subsequent one is what is
a second so that is the answer to that
the trumpling hearts are the hearts of
who the Believers or the disbelievers of
course the disbelievers and then all
four former state of life that's for the
disbelievers meaning being brought back
to life thirdly and finally explain why
the land on which the people will be
gathered on the day of Resurrection is
called as this was the last thing we
explained today which is what we we said
that is because of the intensity of fear
these people will not be able to keep uh
uh you know uh to sleep at night but
they will be up all night because of the
fear um that they are
facing so they all they're going to be
up there so that these are the answers
to these uh questions or um three three
questions here and I hope that uh you go
back and review and find some good
things to learn from the meaning of this
great Surah as Quran is all great and
this brings us to the end of our episode
