ald in the name of Allah the comp of the
merciful all praise is due to Allah and
May the peace and blessings of Allah be
upon his Prophet Muhammad his family and
his companions and followers until the
day of Resurrection I welcome you to
this new episode from the series of T
level two at zad Academy and we are uh
talking about the last verse or verses
in
Surah where Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
talked about uh the uh person when
fleeing from his own family uh and and
the description of the faces of the
Believers and the disbelievers where
Allah subhah wa tala
says so when they try to escape from
their wives from their mothers fathers
uh wives children and and and so on and
uh commenting on this uh what we can
learn from these verses is that um
someone might say why did Allah subhah
wa ta'ala talk about these relatives in
this detail uh rather than saying all
the relatives will be fleeing from from
each other on the day of judgment well
this is this elaboration uh comes in the
context uh is more alarming to to the
person to know and the uh to enable him
to imagine the extent of this terrifying
situation that a person faces on the day
of judgment another benefit is that uh
look at the uh uh description or the
wording of Allah of the Ayah where Allah
says so Allah said rather than than Z so
he said a companion rather than wife and
the reason
is because not all wives would be good
uh companions in in life they could be a
a woman could be a wife but then the
wife may not be a good companion but
rather if there is compassion and love
and uh uh this wife helps her husband
then she would be a companion and even
with that love and compassion she'll be
fleeing from him she will not listen to
him she will not give him anything that
he wants any reward that he's looking uh
to get from her and the reason is
because everybody is preoccupied with
what they have and what is happening on
the day of Resurrection um number three
look at this um on the day a man will
flee from his brother his uh uh uh
mother his father and his his wife and
his children uh the order in which these
relatives were listed in the aah is
because of the level of uh relationship
and um and compassion uh a person feels
towards these these relatives starting
from the brother and ending with
children and of course parents in
between so the idea is the more
compassion person has for these
relatives uh they would he would look
into uh the farthest then the closest
until the end but nobody is going to
help in this in this regard um
activities for for this
episode or this passage um uh on the day
when man will flee from his brother his
mother and his father and his wife and
his children in this verse there are
three eloquent and subtle points discuss
them briefly what do you think first is
is to flee from the from relatives of
course and then the
expression rather than wife is another
important issue here and the Order of
mentioning the uh these relatives is
based on compassion and love a person
feels toward towards these relatives so
I think these are the three points I'm
trying to help here and you may uh go
ahead and and look into details in the
in the uh book that you have in front of
you at the end of
Surah the people of hell are mentioned
before the people of paradise at the end
of Surah abasa uh people of paradise are
mentioned before the people of Hell
reflect on the two suras and work out
the reason why the people of Hellfire
are mentioned first in the previous
Surah and the people of paradise are
mentioned first here well what do you
think first you you might you might
think just go ahead and and and and
think and
read and compare you'll find that um the
first one uh
inah uh it was talking about uh the
denial of the day of
Resurrection that's the first word
in but in Surah it was about the prophet
wasallam and uh the the man the blind
man Abdullah
Mak where actually they they find you
know so it started with
addressing a case of the disbelievers
and the subject of the Surah is the
denial while the subject of of Surah
abasa is is addressing the issue of the
Believers and uh uh uh honoring them and
also the way to make Daw so that's why
Allah subhana wa tala gave precedence
for uh the reward of the people of
paradise inah rather than
in I think this this is going to be an
issue that you need to go back and maybe
return to some books of tap to find more
answers on that let's go to
Surah is a mecan Surah re revealed
revealed before Hijra where Allah
subhana tal says in the Surah Surah
number 81 and if we read from 1 to 14
look at this uh this is a description of
what will happen on the day of judgment
Allah says
so 13 AAS of description about the
change uh the universe will go through
on the day of judgment where Allah says
in the first one when the sun is wrapped
up in
darkness and when the stars fall
dispersing and when the mountains are
removed and uh when fullterm she camels
are neglected and when the wild beasts
are gathered and when the seas are
filled with flames and when the souls
are paired and when the girl who was
buried alive is asked for what sin she
was killed and when the pages are made
public or opened and when the sky is
stripped away and when Hellfire is set a
blaze and when Paradise is brought near
a soul will then know what it has
brought with it that is ayas 1 to4
and I told you about the 13 ayas the
first 13 ayas talking about the change
that will happen on the day of judgment
to the universe and to the creation of
Allah of the heavens and the earth and
the people and uh in to the uh all of
these uh uh Creations U look at this uh
Hadith great Hadith by
Umi who who narrated this said report uh
which was classed or graded as Hassan
and by albani
that said that the messenger of Allah
sallam says whoever would like to see
the day of Resurrection as if seeing it
with his own eyes let him read three
suras
Surah and
when the sun is wrapped up in darkness
this is when the sky breaks apart this
is Surah alar and when the sky has split
open this is
Surah so that is AI that if you want to
see it or with your own eyes you read
these three suras and and uh in this
level we are talking about Surah
and now coming into details of these ay
uh the great a by Allah subhana wa tala
when the sun is wrapped up in darkness
the word translated here is wrapped
up this refers to putting uh uh the
parts of a thing together just like
you're wrapping uh uh a turban around
the head uh these uh the parts of the
Sun will be uh put together and wrapped
up and then once it is wrapped up the
light will disappear so meaning when the
Sun's light disappear because of
wrapping it
up uh and then of course the light will
vanish and will not be available anymore
and when the stars fall dispersed now
the Stars will be dispersing and uh they
will be scattered and they will fall and
change when uh the mountains are removed
meaning that they will be uh uh removed
from the face of the Earth and uh it
will become like a mirage because when
you look at them you you see something
but you actually do not see anything
they become like scattered d uh uh dust
as we described uh in earlier in in some
other suras as well and
when the heavily pregnant she camels are
neglected now the best of of uh wealth
at the times of the Arabs was was camels
and the best of the camels was actually
the as Allah
says so is um the pregnant she camels
that reaches the U their term when they
reach uh 10 months they're ready to give
birth to uh U uh to small uh babies and
then actually they they they have lots
of milk and that's why they are so uh um
good uh piece of wealth the majority of
the Arabs wealth was as we said they're
so valuable and that's why uh they will
be neglected no one will will look after
them because of uh the resurrection and
and the day of Resurrection has has come
and when the wild beasts are gathered so
animals will be all together gathered uh
you know in order to settle the scores
uh among them so we'll take something so
you if if some animal hurt another
animal uh the right will be given to
that uh animal which was dealt with uh
unjustly the Hadith by Muslim that Abu
said the messenger said
All rights will be restored on the day
of
Resurrection to the extent that the
hornless Sheep will settle its score
with the horned
sheep so that is how how the uh justice
of Allah subhana wa tala on the day of
judgment it's the day of judgment the
day of Al and when the seas are filled
with flames that is when the Flames are
uh the the seas are set a light despite
their vastness they'll become burning
fire it is also said the uh mean meaning
of is filled with flames so the water
will disappear and they will be no more
water or the water will turn into into
flames and will be like burning uh and
when the souls are paired meaning when
everyone of his own type will be paired
with w w with with the w w with a like
like all the good people will be with
the good people all the bad people will
be with the bad people and so on and as
Allah
said and you become three kind so every
type will be with his own like uh that
is going to uh bring us to the end of
today's episode but we'll continue
inshallah on the meaning of these verses
of
Surah in the coming episode inshallah
until then I leave you with Allah's care
