etiquet to be observed we have to
observe the adab and the etiquet with
Allah subhana tala and we talked about
that and the adab the man is with the
messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam
that is to honor and to respect and to
follow and to obey the Sunnah of the
prophet and to follow himat in every
aspect in our life our goal in this life
is to learn what is the way of the
Prophet so that we would follow it Allah
subhana tala is the one to be worshiped
and the prophet is the one to be
followed because Allah subhana sent him
for him to be followed following the way
that Allah subhana T commanded him Allah
ordered us to respect and to have the
best etiquette with the prophet he took
so to honor the prophet to respect him
and to obey
him whoever obeys the messenger Sall Ali
wasallam indeed he had obeyed Allah
subhana this is how Allah subhana
elevated and raised the level of the
prophet and even Allah
say oh Muhammad sahu alai wasallam to
the people if you truly love Allah
subhana wa tala then follow me follow
the messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam
indeed Allah subhana T would love you
and he would forgive your sins and Allah
is the most forgiver the most
merciful say Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
wasallam obey Allah and his messenger
sallallahu alaihi wasallam and if they
turn away then indeed Allah subhana tala
does not love the disbelieving
ones so praising the
prophet in the way that we are commanded
to do respecting him this is
establishing the entire Dean the entire
dean of Al Islam is about following the
prophet and that following requires for
a person to respect and to follow not to
initiate not to invate in the religion
not to disobey the
prophet or to deny
something or to interpret things the way
that it fulfills your own desire
following the desires not following the
Sunnah the way of the prophet and
therefore there are so many different
ways to show this adab and this manners
and etiquet with the
prophet one of which is the love to the
Prophet this love of the messenger
sallallahu alaihi wasallam that you are
commanded to have more than you love
your own self more than you love your
parents your children everything on the
face of Earth to love the
prophet and even on self and and as a
way to Manifest this is if the prophet
ordered you to do something and you want
something opposite to that you desire
something opposite to that which one
would you follow the command of the
Prophet because this is from Allah
subhana tala this is the ad this is the
manners you know when you have a child
for example someone that is being
treated or raised to have and to observe
manners manners means what that you
don't act foolishly you don't act uh
following your desires but rather
observe the surroundings that you're in
say for example someone in the court
room in front of the judge and instead
of being silent that person is jumping
up and down and things like this that's
why they don't take their children with
them why so that they observe what needs
to be observed of the respect and so on
so a person wants to do something but
you can't because you have to observe
the etiquette of the place and this is
worldly or manly made type of things
imagine the one which is the
prophet the best man ever walked on the
face of Earth that your salvation for
you to be saved from the fire for you to
enter the J of Allah subhana tala is
through following him so getting to know
what the Prophet Alam said and did and
to follow that and with the manners and
the respect that a person would have to
the prophet so that love in the heart
there's no like of it when it comes to
the human beings the love of the
messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam
it's a decision that you would make it's
not a feeling that you would wait for it
to happen it's a decision that you make
as he said oh messenger of
Allah oh prophet of Allah you are more
beloved to me than more than anything
except except for my own self so the
prophet he said to
him know by the one that my soul is in
his hands till you love me more than you
love yourself so he
said then indeed now at this moment
instantly by Allah you are more beloved
to me than my own self so it's an
instant decision
if someone embraced Islam today and he
understood the meaning of
theed it's a decision that he makes that
the most beloved human beings to that
new Muslim is wasallam because now he's
commanded to follow the messenger of
Allah to show him how to worship Allah
and how to attain the highest level of
goodness and how to save oneself from
the fire
so as a result of that the prophet
said to exalt the Sunnah of the Prophet
we're talking here about when you see
the essence of the word
etiquet sometimes people they they treat
the matters of the religion as just
physical actions do this do not do that
like things like this which is of course
this is how the religion is but to
observe these etiquet with the perfect
love with the perfect submission when a
person exalt a Sunnah not to say it's a
Sunnah that means you can avoid but
rather to exalt it in the way the
prophet to love that even if it's
something that might be challenging for
you not used to it just seek help from
Allah subhana tala and exert yourself
eventually it becomes your Norm to
follow the way the prophet in whatever
he commanded us to be upon and that's
what we need to exalt and follow because
the following without exalting you would
fail in following you you know if
someone is told for example you know
something that is against their desire
you know get up for the Salah sit and
make VI stay away from what Allah
subhana T forbade you know someone loved
to wear gold for example as a man this
is something that the prophet forbade
for you to do if you exalt the Sunnah
you would remove it immediately like the
sahabi did when the prophet wasam took a
golden ring from his hand and he threw
it on the ground and when uh the prophet
he said that this is Haram for the men
of this um to wear gold and one of you
would put a a person would put a a hot
Cal in his hands and he would wish to do
such a thing so after the prophet left
the people said to this companion take
your golden ring and sell it it's Hal to
sell it because women can wear it for
example he said it is not for me to pick
up something from the ground that the
prophet
put there this is what this is this is
exalting the commands of the Prophet
this is the love they had in the hearts
and their submission and it's not just
about andam this is how what was present
in their hearts that would lead the
person to be at ease in following the
Sunnah of the prophet in every matter
major and small if he says grow your

says do this you do that it doesn't
matter what the command of the
Prophet it is sufficient for you to know
