the pleasure of other than Allah subhana
if someone Slaughter for an idol or for
the shaan for example or for for the Jin
or for the prophets or for the righteous
people why is that it's because or
slaughtering is an act of is an act of
worship Allah subh
says that indeed say oh Muhammad s alaih
wasallam indeed my my my slaughtering
and my life and my death are all for
Allah subhana wa tala he has no partners
and by that I've been commanded and I'm
the first among the Muslim so
slaughtering is an act of worship and
the prophet he
said Allah curses the one that Slaughter
for other than Allah subhah wa tala so
this is a very obvious matter and that's
why it's not permissible whatsoever for
that to be done some people they
slaughter for the graves that they
worship besides Allah subhah wa tala and
whether the one in the grave is a
righteous person or not this is a major
sh when someone would Slaughter for
someone that is dead or so so of course
this is something that people need to
repent to Allah subhah wa tala and to
stay away from such a
major and of course if something like
that happens then this meat is not
permissible for a person to eat and as
Allah
forb anything that has been slaughtered
for these idols and these types of
things the meat of it becomes Haram and
since this is mentioned you know when
people Slaughter an animal they say B
and they would do it in the proper way
but not to do it for uh you know other
than Allah subhah tala uh also one of
the things that is a an example of the
major shik is which is the vow to other
than Allah subhana is and Allah
mentioned in the Quran that those the
Believers they
fulfill their vows if they would make a
vow even though it's disliked or
sometimes it's even not permissible but
if they make a vow and The Vow is when a
person utters with words they would say
upon myself is this type of or so that
Allah subhana T did not make it as an
obligation upon him whether it's
conditioned or not if someone says if
Allah subhana tala cure me I will fast
every day for the rest of my life then
then becomes an obligatory thing upon
him if Allah subhana T cure him and so
on so this is the itself The Vow itself
is an act of if someone does it to other
than Allah then he committed a major sh
and it's exactly like making suud to
other than Allah subhana wa tala one of
which is this extreme way of praising
the righteous ones and the aah of Allah
the righteous ones the prophets and
making any act of worship to other than
them Allah subhana T condemned the
people of the book
saying do not be an extreme in your
religion when they attributed Divinity
to and the prophet forbade us
from be warned against extremism because
what destroyed those who before you is

sujud to the righteous ones or
slaughtering to them or calling them
besides Allah subhah wa taala or
believing that they have some form of
divinity or the of Allah subhana tala

disbelief then the subject of a or
sorcery or magic or so is it a matter or
an act of
disbelief there is the Hadith of the
Prophet that states this but when we get
into the details of that you know if
when it comes to the or sorcery there is
two types of it the first type is these
uh knots that they would make and the
evil spirit that they would uh put in
these knots by the fact that the
sorcerer would have to disbelieve in
Allah subhana ta'ala to make sorcery
they would have to curse Allah subhana
wa ta'ala curse the Quran do things that
is so evil for them to have that evil
spirit and the and the Devils would help
them as a result of that so and Allah
subhana when he
said they disbelieved they taught the
people and this is one of the
destructive sins and this is a major kuf
takes the person outside the F of Islam
why because a is a disbeliever as
mentioned because he would never do the
unless he disbelief because he had to
curse Allah subhana T and so on if the
word the word linguistically word means
or someone would understand from it you
know to give some medicine and and
things like this that would affect them
uh you know physical matters physical
medicines and things like this to make
him weak till he dies and so on this is
of course is a major sin this is
something so evil but it's not
necessarily the category of kuf that is
mentioned in the first category so this
is something that is mentioned with
regards to some of the matters of and
the is a detailed subject of course and
that's why this is such an evil way and
people we have to be careful from this
and the Heart should be attached to
Allah subhana tala and how to cure
oneself from it some people they seek
cure from or from s sorcery by going to
the sorcerers themselves while these
Sorcerers themselves are disbelievers so
and this is a matter of sinful act for
someone to seek help from
them uh so what brings these meanings
together is that these acts of worship
we get to know the acts of worship from
the Quran and the Sunnah of the
prophet and as a result of that if it's
mentioned in the Quran and the Sunnah of
the Prophet as an act of worship then
it's not permissible to do this act of
worship to other than Allah subhana tal
even something that can be done by the
heart like the fear of Allah subhah wa
tala we know that this is an act of
worship if someone fears other than
Allah subhah wa taala in which that
individual or so does not have the
ability to do what the person fears from
for example and we mentioned that before
if someone fears a dead person in his
grave that he would Revenge from him if
he doesn't visit him this is a major sh
associating partners with Allah but if
someone fears his boss that he would
fire him if he does not commit a sin
that's a sinful fear it's in the
categories of sin and there's the
natural fear that a person fears the
lion if he enters the room for example
this is a healthy one of course so this
is something to be mentioned so that we
put things in the right perspective it's
the that Allah subhana mentioned in the
Quran or in the sunah of the prophet
that we have to make sure that all of
these are to be done only to Allah
subhah tala and the love that a person
would have to the righteous ones or to
the prophets of Allah and so on is to be
achieved and to be implemented by
following the Sunnah the way of the
prophet and the prophet when he
said do not praise me in an extreme way
like the Christians did to is then they
took him from the level of being a
prophet of Allah to be divine so the
prophet forbade the um from this and for
some for someone to claim that the
prophet was saying that out of
humbleness this is such an evil
statement why because the prophet would
hide something in the religion because
he's humble when the prophet he said
an he said I'm the best of all the sons
of Adam and there's no pred in this that
means this is a reality so the prophet
said it because this is from Allah so if
Prophet Alat wasam said something then
if you truly love the prophet Alat wasam
then you follow his way in what he
commanded and what he forbade we ask
Allah subhana tala to make us learn our
religion and to protect us from all
forms of kuf and shik and then next we
