alhamdulillah my dear students welcome
to the 21st episode in the third level
of the prophetic Noel a Hadith today
inshallah we'll begin with Hadith number
17th in the series this Hadith is
narrated by
anik and it is agreed upon its
authenticity one of the very fascinating
Hadith and it is very important as well
narrated an Malik may Allah be pleased
with him that the messenger of Allah May
the greatest peace and blessings be upon
him said no one of you truly believes
until he loves for his brother what he
loves for himself I'm sure You' have
heard this Hadith
repeatedly let's learn a little bit
about an Malik then inallah we'll resume
with the meaning of this interesting
Hadith we all know that Ann Malik was
only 10 years old when the Prophet
sallallahu Ali wasallam arrived to
Medina and he remained with him serving
him as long as he was in Medina for 10
complete years and then wasam prayed for
him for his Baraka in his lifespan in
his provision so Allah the almighty
blessed them he used to have a huge
Offspring more than 100 uh between
children and grandchildren and masallah
he was the last one of the companions to
die in Basra h on the year 93 after the
migration mallah used to have a garden
that would produce its fruits twice a
year not only in one season because of
the blessings of the Dua of the Prophet
sallallahu alaihi wasallam you have
heard seen observed and learned so many
Hadith from the messenger of Allah
sallallahu alaihi wasallam so when you
hear an Malik you should really pay
close attention and listen attentively
because he's going to share with us some
valuable soik as he narrated
that
said none of you truly believe and here
I would like to add the word truly even
though it is not actually a literal
translation because the literal
translation
means none of you will become a Believer
none of you believes until he loves for
his brother what he loves for himself
but it is not exactly as it sounds
literally
because here negating a does not mean
that if somebody doesn't love for others
what he loves for himself he becomes a
disbeliever no it rather means that none
of you will become a perfect believer
you cannot perfect your faith you cannot
be a True Believer until you achieve the
following quality so a person who
believes in Allah and the last day and
the angels and the books The Messengers
and the
is a Believer he prays five times a day
he fast during Ramadan is a
Believer and
here wants the Believers to be best of
the best to be the most perfect so when
he utilizes the
phrase he doesn't mean and it doesn't
mean negating Faith or the person
becomes a disbeliever despite the fact
that he
says muham not at all rather it means me
that he will not become a True Believer
a perfect believer until this principle
you know this characteristic of loving
for others what he loves for himself is
achieved by his heart
all this quality brothers and sisters
makes the umah once again
coherent loving taking care of one
another showing support to one another
showing affection showing respect help
and support and it nullifies jealousy
and envy it eliminates the disease of
Envy from the Muslim Society because any
Muslim whether I know him personally or
not I should love for himself for him
what I love for myself love for her what
I love for myself if I'm a merchant and
and and the customer is asking me what
do you think this
item or that item as far as price and
quality if you were a buyer what would
you buy for yourself what would you buy
for your child even though you're the
meran and like to get rid of such Goods
but you would choose for him since he
entrusted you what would you choose for
yourself or for your son because you
believe that you are a Believer you want
to perfect your belief you want to
become best among the Believers so love
for others what you love for
yourself this quality will remove ranor
hatred and jealousy from the hearts of
the Believers because not only that uh I
do not have any Envy in my heart towards
others I wish them well I want them to
even Prosper more and more this Hadith
brothers and sisters highlights one of
the great characteristics of Faith so
whoever acquires this
quality is deserving of being admitted
to Al J IM Ahmed in his mus narrated
that said the messenger of Allah he be
upon him said to me do you love to enter
Jenna do you love to enter Paradise so I
said yes he said then love for your
brother what you love for
yourself simple I know it is not that
easy but jna is very valuable is very
expensive Allah's commodity what he's
offering as a price is very valuable so
can you afford it this is a price can
you afford the price love for your
brother what you love for yourself also
in another sound collected by IM
Muslim narrated
that may the Gest peace and blessings be
upon on him said whoever would like to
be saved from
Hellfire whoever would like to be saved
from Hellfire and enter Heaven let him
make sure that at the moment at the time
of his death that he believes in Allah
and in the last day and let him treat
people as he would like to be
treated
mashallah this is an amazing quality but
again not everyone can AFF afford it but
those who can afford it will be able to
enter Heaven safely as the prophet
sallallahu alhi wasallam promised there
is
another narrated that
once said to
him the messenger of Allah said to Abu
indeed I love you what an honor so look
at the introduction I love you because
of that I'm going to give you an advice
which I love for myself
I'm giving you this advice because I
love you and I know your capacity your
qualities and what you're good at and
what you're not good at so he
said I see that you are a weak person in
what sense not weak physically but he
said look I love for you what I love for
myself do not be in a position of
leadership even if you're asked to be a
leader over two people deny it decline
the
offer and never be in charge of the
orphan's wealth I think you are a very
good believer but you're not good at any
of these two positions so refuse to be
an Amir refuse to be in a charge of the
wealth of Orphans so it is obligatory
for every Muslim to love for other
Muslims what he loves for himself self
or what she loves for
herself and if the person is not really
achieving so is not a cafir is not a
disbeliever rather it would only negate
the Perfection of IM no one wants to
meet Allah subhah tala with deficient
Iman though look
atdd isran and the most learned of this
when it comes to the and the
interpretation of the Quran he says I
read a verse in the book of Allah and I
wish that all people all Muslims would
understand of it what I
understood some people when they grasp
on some information they want to keep it
for themselves so that people will be
always in need for them for their
guidance for their fatwa for their help
but abdah Abbas no he says the more I
learn about the book of Allah I wish all
Muslims would learn it would learn the
same would benefit the
same may Allah have mercy on him says I
wish all Muslims would know what I know
of the and even if they do not give me
credit because IM is the founder of the
great shaf School of he has benefited
the um a great deal and contributed a
huge contribution to the Muslim library
of and theal andam and the principles of
Juris Prudence so he says I wish all
Muslims would have this knowledge even
if they do not ascribe it to me even if
my name is not written on any of the
books even if people do not remember me
and they do not say it was compiled by
shaf it doesn't matter as long as people
will benefit out of
it alam's words until he l loves for his
brother what he loves for himself
include all righteous Deeds by uh let
them be words actions beliefs you name
it good qualities finally brothers and
sisters no one can attain this
characteristic and be able to behave in
this manner except one who is blessed
with a sound
heart which is free from rank Anor
dishonesty and envy which devours the
heart of the EnV may Allah protect us
against that it is a serious warning
against Envy because an envier is not a
perfect believer you know it it
nullifies belief and envier likes to
have what others have even if they lose
it this
quality uh is an evil trait it is ha by
the almighty Allah and it is a meure sin
but those who work hard on purifying
their hearts and sanctifying their souls
loving for others what they love for
themselves even when they see others
blessed with something that they don't
have they pray for their Barak and they
say may Allah bless you may Allah bless
you in it because they love for others
what they love for themselves in order
to eliminate eny from Envy
hatred and hassad and jealousy from your
heart love for others what you love for
yourself May the Almighty Allah grant us
this wonderful quality and enable us to
enter Heaven safely until next time I
leave you all in the care of
Allah
