disbeliever. If someone is persistently
committing a major sin, someone says
that he will continue to commit it, it's
not something that would make him a
disbeliever, right? And if someone dies
as a Muslim, dies as a Muslim with major
sins that he did not repent to
Allahhanaa from, then it's by the will
of Allah subhana tala. either he will be
forgiven or if he's punished he won't be
in the hellfire forever because he died
in the state of al-Islam versus the
disbelievers those who die in the state
of disbelief then they will be in the

declare that a Muslim commits a major
sin he is like the disbelievers he is in
hellfire forever and they were the first
people that would make of the

by the sins and not just that but they
would also declare kufur upon those who
would oppose them and go against them
with this bid that they were upon and
they would you know permit his bloodshed
even because they would treat them as if
they are in a war zone with a
disbeliever.
So uh this is something that they are

is not even a sin. They would declare a
person because he sit with the
disbelievers for example you know and he
doesn't know why they're sitting with
them you know the prophetat was sat down
with the disbelievers and he talked to
them invited them to the dean of Allah
subhana wa ta'ala listened to them you
know had all kinds of things with them
like in the the treaty of and the like
of that so that's why the for example
when they declared that he's a
disbeliever because he made a deal with
and they they claimed that is a
disbeliever. So just to sit with him
they made him like him. all means of
ignorance that has nothing to do with
the dean of Allah subhana wa ta'ala and
and he debated with them and he sent
to to debate with them and that's why
when we said in the very beginning these
subjects and any other subject it has to
be based on the Quran and the sunnah of
the prophetat wasam so when someone says
that this person is a disbeliever where
did you get that knowledge from in not a
specific individual if say this is an
act of disbelief. Where that comes from?
It has to come from the Quran and the
Sunnah of the prophetat
not based on what people feel or people
think. So this is something that the are
upon also making of the Muslim without
fulfilling these conditions and negating
and denying all of the things that they
might fall in of matters of excuses.
They don't seek excuse for anyone
whether it's for ignorance or mistake or
making a distorted understanding or or
being forced for example you know they
they don't go by these things the they
would just declare that a person or
people are kufur and one of the uh the
things that they are evil upon is
whoever they declare is a disbeliever
then whoever does not declare like them
that he's a disbeliever then they would
make him like him. So anyone that oppose
them also they're called kufur. So the
issue of the is the easiest thing for
them. And as we see how the prophetat
was when he warned against these and he
said about them they are al they are the
dogs of the
and they this is how evil they are
because they would cause so much evil
and fitten and bloodshed and the like of
this and they invented which is the way
always of the people of Bida. They
invented their own principles you know
and this is not just for the but many
almost everyone that would get into the
innovations in the deen they would
innovate something in the deen and to
establish these innovations in the deen
they have to make it seems like it's
something part of the deen so they would
make false principles and then they
would find verses or hadith that would
fit the understanding of these
principles the people of sunnah as we
mentioned before they do the opposite.
They don't make principles and then they
look for evidences but rather they look
into the evidences first. So the Quran,
the sunnah of the prophetatam and then
they take from that the principles that
they're upon. So therefore Allahhana
saved them from any contradictions. So
for the they made up a principle that
basically they would say that whoever
does not declare about a kafir is a
kafir that means he is also kafir.
You know and in principle in principle
the matter is correct. For example, if
someone uh talks about the kufur and
that they are not kufur you know someone
the message of the prophetat wasam
reached them and they rejected it and
they disbelieve in the prophetat as the
final messenger of Allah. They are
kufur. So a Jew or Christian anyone that
he got to know about the messengership
of the prophet sallallahu alaihi
wasallam and he disbelieves in the
messengership of the prophetat
he's a believer or he's a disbeliever
or you know so so this is a matter is
clear of course and whoever denies this
is denying what is established clearly
in the Quran and in the sunnah of the
prophetam
they have disbelieved those who say that
Allah subhana t is Jesus the son of
Mary. So this is well established in the
Quran. So whoever denies this, he's
denying the Quran. So you become a
disbeliever. But of course they don't
mean what we just said because this is
an obvious thing. But they would say
that with regards to the individuals
that they would claim that they are
disbelievers based on their false
principles that they follow.
So uh you know they would for example
declare a ruler or something that is a
kafir just like that and then those who
live under that rulers are also kar
because they approve of what he's upon.
So they make takir of the entire ummah
of the prophetatam or entire nation and
they lead themselves and they lead
others astray and they are more
dangerous than even the real enemies of
the dean of Allah because it's a fitna
within and the prophetat warned us
against these sects and these evil ones
why because it's easy for easy for a
person to be deceived by them and he
said that if you look at their salah you
will look down upon your salah there are
people that make lots of salah and in
some of the narrations that their knees
is rough like the knees of the goats as
a result of so much sujud and so much
but they are they left the de of Islam
as the prophetat he said like an arrow
leaves its bow that means it doesn't
matter whether a person is religious and
doing all kinds of and salah and so on
if it's based on a false belief and a
deviant belief because this deen of
Islam has been wellestablished. It's
very strong. It's very clear. It's for a
person to learn it. These are all
evidences. We're not talking about your
opinions here and there. These are all
text from the Quran and the Sunnah of
the Prophetam. And the prophet was said
about them.
They killed the people of Alam and they
leave the people of idol worshiping and
this is their concern. So we ask Allahh
to to protect us from that and to be
warned against such an evil thing and
this is what a person is protected when
he follows the sunnah of the prophetat
