Kind: captions Language: en [Music] Academy. [Music] Alhamdulillah. Continuing with the matter of Islamic creed level four and the subject of the and the proper belief in the one of these of the matters of belief that it's haram to revile any of the or to say anything bad about them anything whatsoever and this is something because the text because of the revelation from Allah because of the Quran and the sunnah of the prophet stated this not because of any other reason and that's how we follow the dean of Allah subhana tala as Allahh says the foremost from the and the people of Makkah the people of Medina and those who followed them those who followed them this is the rest of the um with goodness Allahh pleased with them and they are pleased with him. So that's why woe to the one he said in the of the verse, woe to the one that hated them. Woe to the one that reviles them. Woe to the one that would hate them or say anything bad about some of them, not all of them, even one of them. After the verse as we heard and the verse that we mentioned before Muhammad Allah describing the companions and the statements of the early generations of Islam and how they they had this proper belief in the companions and to warn ourselves they gave us also the criteria to know who's deviant and who's not like Abu and he said if you see a man that is belittling saying bad thing just anything about any of the companions of the prophetat then knows that he's a zindik heretic someone that is deviated from the true path and as he said the one that reviles the companions of the prophetat he has no sh in the deen of Islam and accuse him in his religion. Accuse him that he is someone as Ahmed. He said that means there's something wrong with his religion with his matters of belief and the the the actual intentions behind them is that they wanted to attack the prophetat but they can't because people will they will be exposed to the people so they would attack his companions. If you ask a Jew, for example, who's the best among you? They would say the companions of Mus Alisam. If you ask the Christian, who's the best among you? They would say the disciples of If you ask, who's the worst among you? They would say the companions of the prophetat. Which shows how evil that is. So this is, you know, a person has to be careful with these types of things. And the prophetat was had warned And he said, "The people of the people of Medina, those who aided the prophetat and the only the believers love them and only the hypocrites would hate them. Whoever loves them, Allah would love him. And whoever hates him, Allahh would hate him." And this is such a clear straightforward matter that it's something that is related to matters of belief. And as a result of that you know as I mentioned this is something as mentioned in the book of how he said that reviling the it's not just about attacking the it's attacking the prophetat also and the dean of Allah and attacking Allah subhana wa tala. Why? Because of course if they say something bad about the Sahabah this is obvious. But when it comes to the prophetat wasam since they are his companions and his trustworthy ones and successors if they are from the worst people that means they're attacking the prophetatam and the same thing when it comes to the dean of Allah because they are the ones that have been entrusted to convey the message and the Quran and the sunnah of the prophetatam. So if they're not if not if they're not trustworthy that means what? Nothing is left anymore. And the same thing when it comes to talking bad about Allah subhana tala that Allah subhana t sent his prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam in the worst people and the worst people are his companions. So again a person would say but why would that be allowed to happen? This is the creed. This is the decree of Allahhana. This is the test in this life and anyone can say anything you know and it's not that everyone or anyone would say anything that means there's a validity to it. So these people Allah subhana wa ta'ala chose to expose them and to be deprived from the mercy of Allah subhana wa ta'ala. And by the way, when someone has this level of hatred to the best of the people, it's not like hatred to uh you know good to to some goodness in them to the best of the people. When someone hates the best of the people, that means that individual has such a disease in his heart that you should never feel secure with them. Their hatred is not a normal hate hate. Their their hate becomes not a normal thing. Why? because Allah subhana wa ta'ala would punish them as a result of that that he would make their hate as an extreme thing because they hated the most beautiful thing and the best of all people. So that's why a Muslim it's mandatory upon him to believe that the companions of are the best of all of the human beings after the prophetam that they have to acknowledge what in them of virtue whether it's in general to all of the companions and in details of what's mentioned about the specific companions of the prophetatam to be silent to stay away from talking about what happened among them in types of differences or fitan that happened, we only mention them with goodness to witness clearly to the one that the prophetat was witnessed for them in Jenna. If the prophetat was he said Abu Bakr and so on, we say the same thing. When it comes to other than them, we do not know who's in Jenna, who is in hellfire. But those who came in the from Allah Quran and sunnah of the prophetat with the names that they are among the people of Jenna, we say that they are among the people of Jenna for sure. and that they're all upon matters of goodness and virtue and some of them are more virtue than the other like Abu Bakr then and that does not means to belittle those who are less and at the same time to acknowledge their rights not to take them into a level uh not higher but in a level other than this level. If someone claim divinity to them, they are not taking them to a higher level, they are degrading them because divinity is not permissible. Allah subhana wa ta'ala is above all the creator, the heavens and the earth and not to claim that they know the unseen or to worship them besides Allah as some would have this extreme way of dealing with things like with Hussein and so on. And part of that is to love the family of the prophetat. We seek rewards from Allah by the love that we have towards the family of the prophetat because this is the was this is the bequet of the prophetatam towards his family without extremism without worshiping them besides Allah subhana wa ta'ala and those who are upon goodness and obedience to Allah subhana tala they are the ones to be honored never to claim and this is part of the rights never to claim that they are sinless and therefore we have to believe that uh uh you know even though they're not sinless but they're the best of the um because nobody is sinless after the prophetatam and the virtue that they did that Allah chose them to be with the prophetat and their jihad and their striving all of that without their efforts by the will of Allah we would have not have received the religion of al-Islam the way that we are upon it. So this is may Allahh reward them for their efforts and their steadfastness and their patience and their actions and belief and and so on and these are the ones that we make them as an example to follow. This is the criteria to follow the way of the prophetat and the understanding of the sahab and to distant and to disloyal ourselves from those who revile them or say anything bad and negative about them and to always ask Allahh to be pleased with them. And when it comes to the family of the prophetat, we distant ourselves from the extremes, those who claim that is a disbeliever and claim disbelief to those who follow this and that and like the like of them and to distant oneself from the those who or the or those who curses the companions or the family of the prophetat and we we distant ourselves and disloyal ourselves from the the who have extreme beliefs with regards to the companions like and they revile the companions and curse them and so on. We distant ourselves. We disloyal ourselves. We have nothing to do with them. They're not from us and we are not from them. There's no unity whatsoever. They're upon different religion. We don't stay and we don't say anything you know with regards to we stay away from this. You know the people are in between of these matters of extreme ways but rather they believe and they know that and acknowledge the virtue of the family of the prophetat and the companions of we seek rewards from Allah subhana tala by having the love towards them and we put them in the right places where Allah subhana wa ta'ala put them in these matters of virtue and this is by the will of Allah subhana tala. One last point is that is mentioned you know when someone would say about you know what is the ruling with regards to this as it's known that even though the meaning of it is correct right may Allahhana ta honor his face may Allahh have peace upon him but we have to be equal with all of the companions when it comes to praising them. So when of course Abu Bakr and Omar are better. So we say about all of them. May Allah subhana ta be pleased with all of them and may Allah subhana ta gathers us in the day of judgment with them and the person will be with the ones that he love in the hereafter. So we ask Allahh to make us with them in the day of resurrection with the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam. We'll stop here inshall and continue next time. [Music] Academy. Fore! [Music] Foreign!
