hey there it's Dr will Lee I'm actually
going to show you what I'm actually
making today this is actually a little
uh cooking demo but really I'm going to
talk you through it of how to make a
metabolism uh activating Seafood dish a
lot of people might not actually be
comfortable uh with seafood but I want
to show you how easy it is all right let
me show you what I got here first extra
virgin olive oil it's got hydroxy
tyrosol lowers inflammation in the body
all right this is um chopped shrimp and
uh cut up uh calamari squid all right
it's got omega-3 fatty acids a lot of
people don't realize that they think
it's only in Anchovies and sardines also
present in shrimp all right here are
some Tomatoes now what I did is I
actually boiled water blanched them for
about 30 seconds actually about 60
seconds and then it it actually
separates the meat from the skin then I
actually just peeled uh the skin off and
I um used a cheese grater to puree the
pulp here is some fish stock actually
I've got a lot more of this on my stove
um some
parsley it's got appenine appenine
actually is antioxidant helps your
DNA papera great flavor
spice here's some saffron saffron has
got uh lots of bioactives in it it's a
great flavoring some garlic here I
chopped some garlic over here then here
some King prawn this is a little bit of
a treat uh but actually has omega-3
fatty acids in it so here's what I'm
going to do I'm going to take a paer pan
I'm going to take the king prawns I'm
going to actually sauté them uh on each
side I basically sear them they're going
to cook about halfway through it's going
to take about s or eight minutes uh per
side and then I'm going to remove them
then I'm actually going to take the uh
shrimp and calamari sauté those uh with
in a little bit of olive oil and garlic
it's going to have a nice flavor I'm
going to uh add the uh uh the tomatoes
the paprika uh sauté all that together
I'm going to add some saffron uh into
the mix it's going to actually make it a
nice wonderful flavor then I'm going to
take the fish stock it's actually being
heated pour it in there and then I'm
going to add the squid ink Squid Ink
right here couple of spoon tablespoons
full it's going to turn it jet black and
I'm just going to let it cook down it's
going to absorb the fluid about 15
minutes or so uh on medium high heat and
then when it's done I'm going to
actually take the prawns which I've
removed from the pan and place them back
on and just let it heat and simmer and
absorb it and then you're going to
actually have this wonderful Seafood
broe squid iny uh shrimp uh flavored uh
tomato
enhanced metabolism activating black
paer I strongly recommend that you
actually try it
