um it's not going to be the cannolis or

so let's take a look at what else I have

for smoothies celery blueberries
peaches strawberries have a logic acid
ginger has ginger ale so you know
there's some promise to this place let's
take a look in there
um
food containers mushrooms have a beta
glucan lentil these are chickpeas
actually are legume good for dietary
fiber a chopped olives I actually have a
hydroxyrosol chilies have a capsaicin
beans dietary fiber again onions of
quercetin
carrots have beta beta-carotene and beta
cryptosanthin so you can kind of see
I'm able to just walk through and take a
look at what might be healthy or healthy
