I'm going to talk about tomatoes,
sourdough bread, and blueberries.
For red, the tomato.
Tomatoes, one of my favorites, contain a
bioactive called lycopine that's been
shown to improve your circulation, lower
the risk of prostate cancer and breast
cancer. It also improves your metabolism
by burning away harmful body fat. For
white,
sourdough bread.
Sourdough is a probiotic bread made with
a healthy gut bacteria called
lactobacillus rutery. It actually builds
gut health and you know that better gut
health means better overall health
including a better immune system and uh
lower inflammation and even a better
mood.
And for blue, blue comes from
blueberries.
Their beautiful blue color comes from a
natural diet called anthocyanin. That's
an antioxidant that protects your DNA,
helps build your immune system, and also
improves your metabolism as well. So,
here's an idea. Why not enjoy a tomato
salad, a slice of sourdough bread, and
finish off with a nice bowl of
blueberries.
