hey there Dr will Lee here I am doing my
research in the Mediterranean this is
actually the south of France and I'm in
the mountains and look where I am
I'm in Lavender Fields
Lavender is used for scent but you can
actually use it for cooking as well let
me just pick one of these it's this
place is packed
bees so you know it's healthy
and check it out
this is fresh lavender from the field
now what I'm smelling
the lavender scent is a parallel alcohol
but is that some booze this is a natural
bioactive
that can do a bunch of different things
one thing it does is it actually can
lower stress which is why Lavender is a
natural calming
scent
and the other thing you can cook with it
and use the lavender scent in your
cooking now with this parallel alcohol
do I've actually studied this in the lab
parallel alcohol is anti-inflammatory
anti-androgenic means it helps your
circulation be better can even starve
cancer by cutting up the blood supply of
tumor so but I just wanted to share with
