Kind: captions Language: en hey Dr will Lee here I am in France um I'm still doing I'm just wrapping up my research uh on Mediterranean Foods I'm actually no longer in the Mediterranean but I'm in the countryside and I want to actually show you what I'm actually finding in the countryside in France and this is pretty rural this is the injury which is about 50 miles outside of Paris but check it out I'm actually right outside of the foundation the foundation um Monet Claude Monet just saw the gardens where he painted his water lilies which are quite amazing but look food trucks this is French food trucks and I want to show you something this uh I don't think it's open oh it says it's open but um this uh Verge means Orchards and these are actually Productions from The Orchards around here this is the whole Countryside and I wanted to point out a couple of things that I wanted you to take a notice so juic it says apple juice and um uh cider obviously that's probably a hard cider and what's actually Distillery okay so what's actually in apple juice you actually have chlorogenic acid is one of the bioactors in apples and an apple a day actually lowers the risk of diseases like cancer and it's a great source of dietary fiber and the skin also has a great amount of fiber good for gut health lowers inflammation like let your microbiome work for you and that you can improve your immune system now if you're going to actually have apple juice obviously it's great to have fresh apple juice not that easy to get but here's the thing when you get a place like this it's actually going to be really fresh you want cloudy now cloudy sounds like it's not so good but cloudy is better because that means that it's got the little particles of the apple pulp which actually has the bioactives when you actually have that kind of like yellow clear apple juice that's been filtered and what it filters out is not only the particles but it also filters out the bioactive so you always want to get cloudy apple juice which has got more bioactives than the clear little shopping tip for you I just wanted to share with you like food trucks in rural French France is pretty cool all right uh so now if you want to learn more about what I actually discovered in the my research in the Mediterranean uh just I want to let you invite you to sign up for my last course eat to beat disease course which is actually going to begin on Monday August 7th uh you can sign up at the links in a bio and I hope to see you there we'll actually get guys some brand new material you know I've been teaching this course for about a couple years I I've been updating it and uh and this time I've actually put two new videos in there plus I'm going to talk about my research during the live sessions that I do so sign up for my last eat to beat disease course uh and links in a bio begins on Monday August 7th it's a great way to actually wrap up your summer and get ready for the fall it's all about living loving your health and loving your food at the same time I got a lot of discoveries that I actually made over the last month or so can't wait to share it with you so hope to see you in my course my last eat to beat disease course of the summer starts on Monday August 7th link is in the bio check it out Dr Lee out
