Kind: captions Language: en hey there Dr will Lee I am at the airport and uh here's the long line and I wanted to uh show you another airport stand and some of the things that I'm seeing that might be a healthy choice for you to check out so look um over there is the usual sodas and stuff like that but there's actually a whole case here that I think is interesting for snacks here's one it's called Energy bite strawberry and vanilla I'll show you what I actually do I actually look at the uh ingredient label uh and here are the ingredients date paste uh dates are actually a a sweetener actually really good for you um it's got cashews uh glutenfree oats so cashews tree nut uh good for dietary uh Goode diet fiber and gut health roen free oats I've actually done research on oats and oats has a pretty amazing regenerative power for healing uh freeze drives strawberries strawberries contain electric acid also good source of vitamin C and vanilla powder that's a flavoring uh and uh so I take a look at this there's no added sugar um I do like dried fruit uh and it's got some oats and dates for sweeteners that's not of bad snack P to let's take a look at what something else uh might be interesting you know butter chocolate made by the same group uh made with dates oats peanuts see look always look at the ingredient label this gives it away right there dates oats and chocolate chips okay now it's got cane sugar unsweetened chocolate good cocoa butter not so uh hot on that but it's got gluten-free oats good peanut butter okay uh flax seed meal oh that's pretty good blackx seed um that's actually uh flax seed is really great for plant-based Omega-3s and vanilla powder so you know other than the fact it's got a little cane sugar bit of chocolate this one's not bad either um let's see what else we can find here ah here's another one this is a whole pile of these you can look at this here's one called Cherry granola bark let's I just want to show you how I do this and uh okay Cherry granola baraz pure dark chocolate gluten-free oats okay uh Vermont maple syrup it's a natural sweetener actually research has show that maple syrup has important cancer starving uh uh bioactiv in that almonds tree nuts uh it's got um let's see sprouted quinoa and cherries all right so and then I'm nothing at this uh dried cherries uh now the dried cherries have some added sugar in it as well so look um I just showed you three things uh and uh if I had to choose among those three this is the one that doesn't have any added sugar all right it's got just date uh uh date paste as a sweetener so that's basically how I would actually choose uh getting a snack at the airport to fly out I'm actually wearing a mask for my flly but uh I just wanted to do this IG live without Mas um so if you want to learn more from me on how to make healthy choices uh it's not too late to take my October Ebe disease course you can sign on list into my bio uh and I do all kinds of stuff uh teaching you guys about uh uh the body's Health defenses uh foods you can actually choose and it is different than my book because I talk about the latest research so hope to see you there got really [Music] out
