hey there Dr Wood Lee here I am at a
very famous restaurant called din
thaon uh and it is uh a place where they
have um specialty soup dump fillings and
all kinds of Taiwanese stuff I wanted to
show you a dish that I ordered that
you're going to be interested in yes
what do you think this is this is
sauteed Chinese cabbage with garlic so
why did I order it well first of all
it's a very simple dish so it's really
delicious super like you know just a
leaves of cabbages piled them top of
each other simply sauté um but cabbage
is a m of the Brasa family and it
contains sorane
sanes improve your circulation helps the
uh improve your metabolism as well and
uh good for your immunity so this is a
good time in the fall to actually eat
foods that boost your immunity and
cabbage is so simple you would normal
think never think of really cooking
cabbage this way there actually a
delicacy look at that right beautiful
