What is the lesson from the Pharaoh's body
that is not destroyed?
Allah mentioned it in the Quran
Allah said
00:00:23,180 --> 00:00:25,700
Today, We've saved your life, O Pharaoh
00:00:27,560 --> 00:00:29,900
So that it can be a lesson
for people after you
Because there are many people
to whom we've warned, they are still unaware
If the Pharaoh's body had disappeared
Drowned in the sea, many people
will say The Pharaoh did not die
Perhaps he's having a tour
But if the body is showed
this arrogant person died
People know he died, thus Allah
intentionally saved his body
To be a lesson for arrogant people
No person is as arrogant as the Pharaoh
Look, he died, this is his body
As a proof that he died
If his body has not been disapeared
it would be a mess
Many people will think
that the Pharaoh was really God
Having been united with good
It was said in a hadith
In a Book of interpretation
When the Prophet Moses
hit his stick
And the sea was split into two
This is a miracle
How the sea was split by the hit
of the Prophet Moses' stick
Thus, the Israeli could pass
and get away from the Pharaoh
It could be seen by the Pharaoh
and his army
They hesitated to pass
His army asked him
"O Pharaoh, you go first"
He was a "god", wasn't he?
The Pharaoh said: Look, the sea is still
open for me
So, when the Prophet Moses was going to hit
his stick to close the sea, Allah
Allah said, No, let it open
It turned out the Pharaoh took
this opportunity to say
Look, the sea is open because of me
So, he went first
If he was drowned, and his body
had been disappeared
People would say that he was really a god
He moved to another world
But Allah saved his body
Only Allah knows best
