And surely the Hour is coming.
There is no doubt in it.
And surely the Hour is coming.
There is no doubt in it.
And indeed Allah will raise
them from their graves.
After humans are resurrected,
and after we are resurrected,
then God will repay
all of our deeds.
in accordance with the record which has
recorded all our actions in the world.
Allah SWT said:
"Indeed, it is We who will
bring the dead to life.
and record what
they would have worked on in the world.
Both good and bad.
And what they have left.
And indeed, they have been recorded
in the book of lauhil mahfudz.
Allah says it in this verse
in Surah Yasin.
That God had recorded what humans
would have done during their lives.
Both good and bad.
All are recorded. There is nothing
that Allah SWT misses.
And Allah also said that Allah records
what they would have left behind.
The meaning of this verse: وَآثَارَهُمْ,
what they would have left behind,
There are two interpretations
among scholars.
First, Allah records
their footprints.
Because "آثَارَ" in Arabic means
footprints.
This shows
that God records everything.
Let alone the practice,
even foot prints that might
have been exposed to the wind,
that might have been removed
because of water or dust,
they too are recorded by Allah SWT.
The steps toward goodness
are recorded by Allah.
The steps toward bad deeds
are also recorded by Allah SWT.
In a saheeh hadith,
when Bani Salilmah,
knowing there was an empty location
near the Nabawi mosque,
they wanted to move to be near
with the Nabawi mosque.
So the Apostle SAW asked them.
"I have received (information) that you,
intend to move,
to live near the Nabawi mosque.
So they said,
"Yes, Messenger of Allah, we want to
move near the mosque.
What did the Apostle SAW say?
"O, Children of Salimah,
The Prophet said, "O Children of
Salimah."
"Live in your houses."
Their house was a little far away.
Your steps towards and from the Nabawi
mosque are recorded.
The Apostle did not suggest them
to move near the mosque.
This shows that one's steps
to and from the mosque,
are recorded by Allah SWT.
Allah said about
the Mujahidin.
Allah SWT said,
Nor do they an expenditure
small or large, or cross a valley,
either going or returning from war,
but they are registered for them.
If foot prints are recorded by Allah
SWT,
the deeds done by a person
will be too.
And their sayings, their actions.
All are certainly recorded by Allah SWT.
Thus, someone must be vigilant.
Do not walk
into a sin.
Because steps into a sin,
their journey towards a sin,
are all recorded by Allah SWT
and nothing is missed.
Therefore, I repeat, if footprints
are recorded, then our actions too.
Allah SWT said about
Lukman's saying to his son.
"O my son," said Lukman to his son.
"indeed if wrong should be the weight of
a mustard seed,
and should be
within a rock,
or [anywhere] in the heavens,
or immersed in the earth,
Allah will bring it forth.
Thus, whatever actions we do,
as small as they are,
Even though we hide them,
or close them tightly,
Be it virtue or ugliness,
Allah will present them on Judgment Day
later.
This is the first interpretation of
The second interpretation,
about آثَارَهُمْ, it means
"whatever happens
caused by someone,
good and bad."
Sometimes, because of someone,
a lot of good things happen.
Even though he already died,
but the good things still continue,
he will continue to receive
the rewards for what he did.
Therefore, the Apostle SAW said,
The Apostle said, "Whosoever introduces
a good practice in Islam,
there is for him its reward,
and the reward of those
who act upon it after him,
without anything being
diminished from their rewards.
Therefore, those who
give example and teach good things,
For example teaching a child
how to do the prayer correctly.
So, when this child prays until
the child dies,
all the good things
from the child's prayer go to him.
Maybe he teaches Quran to children.
Teaching Al Fatihah,
that the child since his childhood
able to recite Al Fatihah thanks to him,
and the child recites Al Fatihah in
thousand times of prayer in his lifetime.
Then, the whole reward of Al Fatihah
flows to the person who taught it.
Likewise, the person who, for example
build mosques, give endowments,
After he dies, the mosque
is still used by people to pray.
Then the reward continues to flow for
him.
And the Apostle SAW was right,
"If the children of Adam die,
his deeds end except for three things.
Ceaseless charity. I mean endowments.
Books, mosques, or
houses for orphans.
Waqf.
He made a well
so that water continues to flow.
He teaches knowledge.
The reward continues
for him.
Useful knowledge.
He preached and heard by many people,
and people receive revelation.
He wrote books.
He died but his books are still read,
like the scholars.
They died hundreds of years ago,
or thousands years ago.
But their books are still read
by us today.
And righteous child prays for him.
Beside good deeds, a person shall try
to do the causes of goodness.
There could be some kind of goodness
from something unexpected.
Perhaps from an advice
he said,
someone is moved to do good.
For example, Al Imam Bukhori.
Why did he write his shahih book?
Because of one phrase that he heard.
Imam Al Bukhari RA said,
"One day, we, the muhaditsin, gathered
at Ishak bin Rohuya, a scholar.
And he said,
'One of you shall
make a book,
to collect hadith shahih
from the Messenger of Allah SAW.
What did Imam Al Bukhari said?
"What Ishak Al Rohaway said stay in my
heart."
"I collected shahih hadith." And we have
the book of Al Bukhari hadith,
useful for the Muslims
until today.
Just because a phrase that
Al Imam, Ishak bin Rohawayi said.
Perhaps we say something,
that motivate a person.
Perhaps afterward, he does umrah, hajj,
because of what we said.
That is useful for us,
when we are still alive, and moreover
after we die.
There was a Filipino who read
a book of Tauhid.
A small book. Then he converted to
Islam.
After being converted,
he became a preacher.
Eventually, thousands became Muslims
thanks to him.
He gets the reward with thousands
converted to Islam.
And the writer of that small book of
Tauhid also gets the reward because...
Thanks to him, this person converted to
Islam.
My dear Muslims
As someone who has died,
his recorded goodness continues to flow,
on the contrary, sins may also continue,
to a person who died.
As there is reward,
there is also a sin.
Therefore, the Apostle SAW said,
The Apostle said, "Whosoever introduces
evelish deeds
will shoulder its sins and the sins of
all those who will act upon it,
until the Judgment Day without
deminishing any way their burden.
The Apostle SAW also said.
The Apostle SAW said, "None
is killed unjustly,
but the son of Adam
will have a part of its burden."
because he was the first
to give example on murdering.
He was the first one who murdered.
All (people) who murder afterward,
unjustly,
the sins will go to...
... Adam's first child
gave example of murder.
Allah SWT said:
"They will bear their own burdens
in full on the Day of Judgment,
and bear the sins
of those whom they misled.
Those who teach bad things.
and those who do bad things
because of him, he will bear the sins.
Then, Imam Nahwawi RA said,
"Whoever do misleading deeds,
misleading actions and followed
by people until the Judgment Day,
he will bear the sins of those misleading
actions.
And those who teach to worship
other than Allah,
Those who teach,
for example, atheism,
those who teach to destroy,
to do sins,
when they die,
and people follow his actions,
their actions are for him.
It is sad.
He is in grave and cannot do anything.
But, sins continue to flow to him.
Therefore, one must be careful,
when doing something.
It could be because of him, damage
occurs.
For example, in a simple trade.
There are people who sell clothes
that are inappropriate for women.
He sells clothes that do not cover,
that show aurat, and he knows,
these clothes will be worn on the streets.
Dan the clothes are worn
by woomen,
And many men
look at her,
exciting their lust,
which may lead them to commit adultery.
Then all sin will flow to the merchant
because he sells the clothes.
He sells the clothes.
We have to be careful.
We shall not sell things,
while making sins.
On the contrary, if one sells
Islamic clothes, and bought by women,
men won't look at her,
the person will receive rewards for it.
There was one...
... who did,
I heard a story,
he subscribed to a porn channel.
And he paid, and every time there were
new clips, he would have them on his email.
And automatically, he sent them
to his friend's email.
To his friends' email
His friend always received,
clips from the person.
One day, this friend wanted to meet
him who always shared porn videos.
It turned out he was already dead.
The porn videos continued to be seen.
Likewise, people who hold
accounts that are misleading.
Accounts that contain insults,
that contain inappropriate images.
It could be that the owner of
the account has died.
But the account is still accessible to
other people.
And many people see it
and sins go to him.
We must fear Allah SWT.
We don't live long, only once.
Don't speculate.
We shall do good as many as possible.
If we can do good,
then do it.
When you have money, donate.
If you have knowledge, spread it.
If we have advice, then spread it.
Hopefully when we die,
we all still receive
the reward.
