When one is already azzam,

When you put an effort into it,
whether you succeed or not, it is a sin.
For example, one wants to watch a porn.
He just have this idea,
but has not tried to do anything.
If he does not do it, he will get a reward.
But if he puts effort into it, turns on
his mobile, his laptop, to open one.
But he kept on being blocked,
it is an effort.
He has put effort into it,
then it is a sin.
But if it is just an idea,
"wanting it", it is not a sin.
But if he puts an effort into it,
it is on going, meetings are organized...
