Allah SWT has predestined
that there are levels in society.
Allah SWT said:
أَهُمْ يَقْسِمُونَ رَحْمَةَ رَبِّكَ
نَحْنُ قَسَمْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ
مَعِيشَتَهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۚ
وَرَفَعْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ
دَرَجَاتٍ لِيَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُهُمْ
بَعْضًا سُخْرِيًّا ۗ
Allah said: "Do they distribute
the mercy of your Lord?
"We have apportioned among them
their livelihood in the life of this world."
"And we have raised some of them
above others in degrees of rank."
"So that they make use one another for
services."
If everyone is in the same position,
who are the boss and who are employee?
Indeed, Allah has made it that way.
Some are rich, some are poor.
In Islamic law, there is a solution.
To create justice,
it does not have to equalize everything.
But, justice in Islam is
putting things in their place.
The rich have obligations:
giving charity, giving zakat.
The poor accept their capacity.
To create justice, we do not have to...
... take the property of the rich,
and give it to the poor.
This is not justice.
So, justice in Islam is not
equalization.
But it is putting something in its
place.
They say they want to be fair, they create
gender equity. That is not possible.
It was hard just now.
Ladies were told to take notes,
and it took a long time.
The men has finished taking notes,
but not the ladies.
Have you finished it yet?
Not yet.
So, it means there are differences.
How do you want to equalize it?
It is impossible to equalize.
Justice is not being equal.
But putting something in its place.
