Sometimes God wants
something bad to happen
Because behind the ugliness
there is something that Allah SWT loves
There is a lesson that Allah wants
Allah said
ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ
بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُمْ
بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
Corruption has appeared
throughout the land and sea
الْفَسَادُ or corruption
Allah does not like
Allah says والله لا يحب الفساد
God does not like damage
But Allah created this damage
on land and in the sea
لِيُذِيقَهُمْ
بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا
so He may let them taste part
of [the consequence of] what they have done
لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
that perhaps they will return
[to righteousness].
It turns out that behind the disaster
that Allah inflicts on them
so they can realize
Allah predestined some people
to commit sins
Humans are not free from sin
thus they repent
Because Allah loves
His servant who repents
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ
Allah loves those who are
constantly repentant
He could not repent unless he commits sins
Allah predestined him
to fall into sins
So that he repents to Allah SWT
Likewise Allah allows Satan
أَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
[Satan] said, "Reprieve me until
the Day they are resurrected."
لَأَقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ
صِرَاطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
I will surely sit in wait for them
on Your straight path.
ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ
أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ
وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَنْ شَمَائِلِهِمْ ۖ
وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ
Then I will come to them from before them,
and from behind them and on their right
and on their left
and You will not find most of
them grateful [to You].
Does Allah allow Satan's request?
Allah allows, even though it is a bad thing
and the source of all evil
But behind the fact that Allah allows Satan
behind the creation of Satan,
There are wisdoms that God wants
Among these, His righteous servants
will show up
those who can resist the temptations
of the devil
Allah shows that He can create
two contradictory things
There is heaven, there is hell
There is Pharaoh there is Moses
There is Gabriel there is a Devil
Allah shows how His servants
are willing to sacrifice
their treasure and soul
in Allah's path
That does not happen
unless there is a Devil
So, are there any benefits for Satan?
So, behind the creation of Satan,
there is wisdom that God wants
Which sometimes we understand,
and sometimes not
If we can understand, Alhamdulillah
If not, remember what Allah said
لَا يُسْأَلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْأَلُونَ
He is not questioned about what He does
but they will be questioned.
They are held accountable
on the Day of Resurrection
I often tell my child we
sometimes we tweak our children
Even though it's a bad thing
but these tweaks are meant
our children realize
their faults and return to the right path
after their mischief
